[Halld-offline] Common beam parameter interface for event generators

Hi All, 

A while ago we started an effort to re-organize our AmpTools-based generators and one of the tasks was to use a common interface for the beam properties, such as flux and polarization.  A recent halld_sim pull request (followed by Mark’s ver3.7.0 tag of this repository) added this interface to most of our event generators, and some information on these new options are documented on this wiki pagehttps://halldweb.jlab.org/wiki/index.php/Common_beam_properties_interface_for_generators <https://halldweb.jlab.org/wiki/index.php/Common_beam_properties_interface_for_generators>.

As noted on the wiki page: this update to halld_sim requires AmpTools ver0.9.4 and gluex_MCWrapper ver2.0.4, so you should update those packages in conjunction with halld_sim if you want to use these common beam parameters for your generators.

If you have questions or issues with your generators after this change, please let me know.
