[Halld-offline] Monitoring Launch 2018-01 ver20

Dear Colleagues,

We completed the latest monitoring launch over the 2018-01 data set, 
which only used 2 files per run. This will likely be the last monitoring 
launch before we start the REST production. It is also the first 
monitoring launch over this data set with the latest version of the 
reconstruction code. For this reason, please check the results carefully 
and report any suspicious plots as soon as possible.

The REST files, random trigger skims and several trees are saved on cache:
/cache/halld/offline_monitoring/RunPeriod-2018-01/ver20/REST/
