[Halld-offline] 2018 Calibration Checklist

Hi all,

There's a lot of activity on performing per-run calibrations on the data
which is being taken this run, which is great to see, but it can be easy to
lose track of which data is calibrated and which isn't.  To help with this,
if you are performing calibrations on the data, please keep track of which
run ranges you've calibrated on this convenient (?) wiki table:

I've laid out a starting point, but feel free to add anything I've
missed/gotten wrong.
