[Halld-offline] Monitoring Launch: 2018-01 ver07

Dear Colleagues,

We completed another monitoring launch over 2018-01. In addition to the 
usual 5 files for each run, we processed 4 entire runs:

- 40686, 40707 for CDC readout checks

- 41203 has spurious headers towards the end of the run. A few files 
indeed crashed sim-recon (e.g. 126 and 244)

- 41263 is a minimum-bias run
