[Halld-offline] Reconstruction Launch: 2016-02 ver05 'Golden Period'

Dear Collaborators,

  At the moment, we are running another full reconstruction launch over 
the 2016-02 data (ver05) which exactly matches the software and the 
level of calibrations of 2017-01 ver02. The runs 11366 - 11555 (commonly 
known as 'golden period') have completed the process.

All REST files (6238 files, 17TB) can be found here:
/cache/halld/RunPeriod-2016-02/recon/ver05/REST/

The histograms and efficiency trees can be found here:
/cache/halld/RunPeriod-2016-02/recon/ver05/{hists,tree*}

A subfolder with merged histograms and trees is included in each folder.
