[Halld-offline] sim-recon compillation problems

Thanks Mark,

Ok, clear, we cannot easiely compile the latest version of sim-recon
(I'll use the older version).

The compilation crashes on libraries/TRIGGER/DL1MCTrigger_factory.cc
(which requires rcdb) before HDGeant4; some include files have to be
added.
