[Halld-offline] Geant3/Geant4 comparison MC

Initial comparisons can be found https://halldweb.jlab.org/gluex_sim/G3G4_Comparisons/ver01/ and also at /volatile/halld/home/tbritton/REQUESTED_MC/

*_Reconstruction are all the graphs from the /Independent/Hist_Reconstruction/ directory in hd_root.root and *_Neutrals come from /Independent/Hist_Neutrals/

The prefixes should line up with the directories below.

I haven't looked at all of the plots yet so if something looks wildly off please let me know and I can try to regenerate things by Thursday.

where prot_g3_4_15_20180712023438pm is formed from [particle user]_g[3/4]_[P GeV]_[Theta degrees]_[Time Stamp]
thus the example above is for 4 GeV protons shot through geant3 at 15 degrees.

contains two straggler jobs which are currently running....  

NOTE:  In All cases the smearing is actually smearing and the software is "the latest and greatest": version_2.37_jlab.xml

I will begin to process them using Sean's comparison scripts but they should exist for others to start to look at them before the Geant4 meeting on Friday.
