Folks,

Pushed some changes to delete the unwanted recon files from halld_sim. A
new tag has been applied, 3.0.1, for halld_sim. This tag has been built
and a new version set defined to use it: version_3.1_jlab.xml
<https://halldweb.jlab.org/dist/version_3.1_jlab.xml>. This version set
is now the default.
