[Halld-offline] Plans for next NERSC launch

Dear Offliners & other interested persons,

After discussing with the responsible parties after yesterday's Analysis meeting, we agreed that performing another monitoring launch over Spring 2018 data would be feasible, so we are now aiming to resolve all known problems before the end of next week, so that another monitoring launch will tell us what unknown problems may exist before this data is production-ready.

The main items on the list, as previously discussed are:  updating the CDC gains, updating the FCAL 4ns block timing.

We should also decide on which files to include in this launch.  Rather than just including files from the beginning of the run, I think a better check of the data quality would include a sampling of files throughout the run.

Any other thoughts?
