[Halld-offline] pin quota on cache disk has run out

Folks,

We used up our pin quota on the cache disk recently, and I just now 
asked to get it raised so that new files can be written and retained. 
That got done, but the margin is extremely thin right now. I you have 
files on /cache/halld that can be unpinned doing so would help your 
colleagues.
