[Halld-offline] Software Meeting cancelled, Tue. Apr. 2

Folks,

I am out of town and will not be able to chair a meeting tomorrow 
(Tue.). Let's set the default state of the meeting to "cancelled". I'll 
go ahead and cancel the meeting on the calendar. Of course if some of 
you want to discuss things software-related at 3 pm tomorrow, there is 
no law against it; feel free.
