[Halld-offline] Spring 2018 Event rate studies

Hi all,

We have heard some informal comparisons of the number of events in
2017 and 2018 data in various analyses, so I started a table to
collect these numbers at this location:

I seeded the table with some results from the workfest studies, and
added in the relative different numbers of triggers for the different
running periods.  Please add whatever numbers you have to this list,
as the analysis launch batches finish.

Feel free to add in any other relevant studies to compare existing
2017 results with the spring 2018 data.
