[Halld-offline] Software Meeting Minutes, April 16, 2019

On HDGeant4:
I rescind my erroneous allegation that -r does not work; it does.

The number of events is read in from the macro specified in the command
line (or typed in, if running interactively).  The TRIG in control.in is
not used (this sets the number of events for hdgeant only).
