[Halld-offline] NEW TIME: GlueX Production & Analysis meeting: TOMORROW 3:00 PM / Added links to Hall B log entries

Hi Sean,

I have added links to some Hall B log entries to the meeting notes. One 
link shows a problematic time distribution. A second link is a plan to 
fix the problem, which was to revert back to a previous chopper 
configuration. The third link shows a "normal" time distribution.
