[Halld-offline] Two new version sets: version_2018_ver00.xml and version_2018_ver01.xml

Folks,

I just built two new version sets:

  * version_2018_ver00.xml
    <https://halldweb.jlab.org/halld_versions/version_2018_ver00.xml>
  * version_2018_ver01.xml
    <https://halldweb.jlab.org/halld_versions/version_2018_ver01.xml>

These will be used to do comparisons of event overlaps for eta -> pi+ 
pi- pi0 samples between "ver00" and "ver01". For the explicit versions 
being used, click on the links above.

Both have been built on all five platforms.
