[Halld-offline] NEXT Production & Analysis Meeting: Wed. Jan. 9

Dear all,

Let's have the first production & analysis meeting of the new year next Wednesday, Jan. 9th.

A brief update: Calibrations were finished last week for the Spring 2018 "silver runs", and production of these has begun.  Calibrations are still being finalized for the rest of the runs (primarily finalizing the FCAL 4ns offset corrections), and these are expected to be finished by the end of this week.  Many thanks to Colin Gleason and Alex Austregesilo for their work over the holidays.

Also, towards the end of January, it would be good to hear some brief updates from the working groups on the progress related to their charges from the last Collaboration meeting.  We should discuss this more at the meeting next week.
