[Halld-offline] rcdb, ccdb interruptions, Friday, May 17, 5am to 6 am

Folks,

There will be brief outages of access to both ccdb and rcdb on 
hallddb.jlab.org and gluondb1.jlab.org on Friday morning, May 17, 
between 5:00 am and 6:00 am. The outages themselves should be brief, a 
few minutes at a time on each server for each database.

CNI is resynching the replication of ccdb from hallddb to gluondb1 and 
resynching replication of rcdb from gluondb1 to hallddb. The slaves are 
exhibiting some anomalies, and this will make ensure that the replicas 
are exact.

This may effect jobs that start during one of the interruptions.
