[Halld-offline] [EXTERNAL] calibrations for 2020 batches 2&3

Hi all,

As discussed at the P&A meeting today, the next couple of batches are:

* Batch 2: 71592 - 71727 (350 nA)
* Batch 3: 71728 - 71835 (350 nA)

While the first batch is monitored, let's look at the calibrations for
these batches.
For those doing calibrations, could you please tell me by Friday afternoon:

1) If we should NOT do an initial monitoring launch over either of these batches
2) if there are any data you need produced to calibrate these runs
