[Halld-offline] New version set: version_4.27.0.xml

Folks,

There is new version set available: version_4.27.0.xml 
<https://halldweb.jlab.org/halld_versions/version_4.27.0.xml>. This 
version set uses the latest release of JANA, version 0.8.2 
<https://github.com/JeffersonLab/JANA/releases/tag/0.8.2>. This should 
help with suppressing alarming but harmless warnings about the geometry. 
This version set will become the default at JLab at midnight.
