[Halld-offline] New version of Build Scripts: 2.6

Folks,

There is a new release of build scripts, version 2.6. Find the release 
notes here

below. This version is now the default at JLab.

  * Change name of "profile" attribute to "profiling" in package element.
  * Change custom_version.pl to set the profiling attribute for
    halld_recon and halld_sim according to presence or absence of the -p
    option.
