[Halld-offline] IT DIVISION MAINTENANCE today at 5 pm

The IT Division is planning a systems maintenance period on Tuesday, 
Feb. 18., from 5 - 10 p.m. During this time, there will be a brief 
outage to www.jlab.org

a configuration is updated. IT will also finish the migration to 
jupyterhub.jlab.org

There may be brief outages of central servers and services while a 
switch is updated. Any outage will be brief and all affected servers 
will be back online by 8 p.m.

There will be an outage of all Management Information System (MIS) 
services while patches are applied to the back-end servers. All MIS 
services will be back online no later than 10 p.m. There will also be 
patches to all Windows and Linux desktops and servers. Plan on rebooting 
your Common User Environment (CUE) managed desktop no later than the end 
of the day on Friday, Feb. 21.

Finally, there will be short, intermittent outages to central services 
overnight while servers are rebooted to finalize the patch installation.
