[Halld-offline] [EXTERNAL] Skims for the current run period

Hi all,

The skim files where we are running full reconstruction (including pi0
skims) are showing up on the cache disk.  They can be found in:

/[mss|cache]/halld/RunPeriod-2019-11/calib/ver01

This includes runs from December up through this weekend.
