[Halld-offline] [EXTERNAL] auxilliary data file needed for running with HADR=4

Hi Richard,
Thanks a lot for the information, Richard. It looks like part of the
issue might be that CERNLIB is not set in the standard GlueX
environment scripts. I think this could be resolved by adding
export CERNLIB=$CERN/$CERN_LEVEL/lib
What do you think, Mark?
