[Halld-offline] [EXTERNAL] auxilliary data file needed for running with HADR=4

Colin, try the following command.

ccdb -r 30500 cat GEOMETRY/Material_HDDS.xml | grep Vacuum

If you get an element, you are looking at an old copy of ccdb. It should
say <composite name="Vacuum">
