[Halld-offline] group disk cleaned up

Folks,

I just deleted some old versions of halld_recon from the the group disk. 
These were:

  * 4.5.0
  * 4.10.0
  * 4.11.0
  * 4.11.0^rcdb006

For a few hours this afternoon, 4.12.0, 4.13.0, and 4.14.0 had been 
deleted, but I just restored them. Apparently I had been too aggressive 
earlier.

/group/halld is now 89% full with 288 GB free.
