[Halld-offline] work disk full again

Here are the top 5 users at the moment:

ijaegle 17.1T
amfoda 14.0T
jzarling 13.1T
acschick 11.4T
aaustreg 10.5T

Of course, all users should be encouraged to clean up any files that are 
not needed at the moment, or store them permanently on tape:

/cache/halld/home/

Mark, is it possible to ask for an increase of our work partition 
(cuurently 217T)? We will probably stay very close to the maximum no 
matter what we do.
