[Halld-offline] [EXTERNAL] master CCDB problems resolved

Hi all,

If you had a job accessing the master CCDB between about 8 am - 2 pm
today using a run in the range 30000 - 39999 your job probably failed
because of some buggy geometry files that were accidentally uploaded
to the CCDB.  This problem has now been resolved, but please let me
know if you see any lingering issues.
