[Halld-offline] Fwd: Files can't put to tape due to permission problem

Folks,

This from Ying Chen.

When writing to /cache, you must have write permission on any of the 
corresponding directories under /mss or the sweep to tape will fail. 
That means group write privilege on directories you do not own. 
Permissions on /mss can be changed with the "jcache chmod" command.

Please pass this info to halld users:  "make sure the top directory has 
group writable if there are more than one users to use that directory.
