*CST DIVISION MAINTENANCE PLANNED - APRIL 20*
On Tuesday, April 20 from 5-10 p.m., the CST Division is planning a
maintenance period. During this time, there will be:

   - Several short network outages while network configuration changes and
   updates are made.
   - Updates to common user environment (CUE)-managed software, such as
   Firefox, as well as patches to all Windows and Linux systems.

As a reminder, please plan on connecting your CUE-managed laptop (Windows,
Mac, and Linux) to the VPN for about an hour in the coming week. Finally,
there will be short server outages overnight while the underlying systems
are rebooted to finalize patch installations. If you have any questions or
concerns about this upcoming maintenance, please contact the CST Division
Help Desk <helpdesk at jlab.org> at 757-269-7155.
