[Halld-offline] GlueX-I Empty Target Runs

Dear Colleagues,

We calibrated all empty target runs taken during GlueX Phase 1. Only two 
runs (30335 and 41155) would still need some adjustment, but most data 
should be good enough for various studies. These are the version numbers 
for the latest launch:

2017-01 ver45
2018-01 ver26
2018-08 ver20
