[Halld-offline] New version set: 4.43.0

Folks,

I've built a new version set, 4.43.0 
<https://halldweb.jlab.org/halld_versions/version_4.43.0.xml>, that 
includes new versions of Diracxx and HDGeant4:

  * Diracxx 1.1.0
    <https://github.com/JeffersonLab/Diracxx/releases/tag/1.1.0>
  * HDGeant4 2.26.0
    <https://github.com/jeffersonlab/hdgeant4/releases/tag/2.26.0>

The Diracxx upgrade fixes the nightly build, which has been failing 
lately. The HDGeant4 upgrade brings in improvements to the build-in QED 
generators.

This will become the default at midnight tonight.
