[Halld-offline] New version set: 4.35.0

Folks,

We have a new version set ready to go, version_4.35.0.xml 
<https://halldweb.jlab.org/halld_versions/version_4.35.0.xml>. It has 
minor updates to halld_recon, halld_sim, hdgeant4, gluex_root_analysis, 
and hd_utilities. It also uses the latest version of AmpTools, version 
0.11.0. <https://github.com/mashephe/AmpTools/releases/tag/v0.11.0>

The three corresponding reconstruction-launch-compatible version sets 
have also been built:

  * recon-2017_01-ver03_23.xml
    <https://halldweb.jlab.org/halld_versions/recon-2017_01-ver03_23.xml>
  * recon-2018_01-ver02_15.xml
    <https://halldweb.jlab.org/halld_versions/recon-2018_01-ver02_15.xml>
  * recon-2018_08-ver02_14.xml
    <https://halldweb.jlab.org/halld_versions/recon-2018_08-ver02_14.xml>

Version set 4.35.0 will become the default at JLab at midnight tonight.
