[Halld-offline] New version of hdgeant4: 2.25.0, new version set: 4.42.0

Folks,

Richard has produced a new version of HDGeant4 that supports built-in 
generation of Bethe-Heitler muon pairs. It is version 2.25.0 
<https://github.com/JeffersonLab/HDGeant4/releases/tag/2.25.0>.

There is a new version set that has the new HDGeant4 on-board. It is 
version set 4.42.0 
<https://halldweb.jlab.org/halld_versions/version_4.42.0.xml>. It is 
built at JLab and is available now. It will become the default at JLab 
at midnight tonight.
