[Halld-offline] /work/halld at 97% full

Folks,

Over the last day or so, there has been an uptick in our usage of 
/work/halld and a downtick in our quota. See this plot 
<https://halldweb.jlab.org/disk_management/work_disk_2.png>. The result 
is that we are at 97% full now (i. e., 7.6 TB free). If you can do any 
clean up, that would be appreciated by all.
