There will be systems maintenance period on Tuesday, March 16 from 5-7
p.m. During this time, the following outages and updates will occur:

   - Updates will be deployed to network equipment and there may be brief
   network outages while the equipment is restarted.
   - Linux and Windows patches will be released to all centrally managed
   desktops and servers.
   - Linux and Windows servers will be rebooted overnight, so there will be
   brief outages of services while the underlying servers are patched and
   rebooted

Finally, the CST Division recommends that you connect your Windows or Mac
laptop to the JLab VPN for about an hour during the week of maintenance in
order to maintain the optimal configuration and settings. All centrally
managed desktop systems should also be rebooted after March 16 and prior to
March 19, in order to finalize all patch installations. If you have any
