[Halld-offline] [EXTERNAL] store_trajectory_ancestry branch tested and working

Hello Tegan and all,

I have pushed the store_trajectory_ancestry branches to HDGeant4 and
halld_sim for the G4 and G3 simulations, respectively. You should be able
to checkout these branches, build them with the usual commands, and run
with the TRAJECTORIES card and see the ancestry information stored in the
mech field on lines where the mech="0" used to appear.
