[Halld-offline] Computing Review Prep meeting, Tue. Nov. 30, new time: 4 pm

I've received a request to move this meeting by an hour to 4:00 pm on 
Tuesday, which I would like to honor, so this is our new default meeting 
time. Let me know if this new time is a problem for any of you.
