[Halld-offline] New version set: version_5.6.0.xml

Dear Colleagues,

We just tagged and built a new version set at JLab. This release 
includes recent updates to amptools, halld_recon, halld_sim, 
gluex_root_analysis and hd_utilities. You may find the xml file here:

https://halldweb.jlab.org/halld_versions/version_5.6.0.xml

It will become the JLab default at midnight tonight.
