[Halld-offline] New GlueX Software and Simulation Meeting

Dear Colleagues,

We are looking for a meeting time for the newly combined bi-weekly 
Software and Simulation meeting. In order to accommodate the schedules 
of our European collaborators, a meeting in the morning is preferred.

I created a doodle poll with possible time slots. We plan to keep the 
meeting during the weeks opposite to the GlueX Bi-weekly meeting. Next 
week (April 25-29) will just serve as an example for the poll.

Please fill out the poll by tomorrow, Friday, EOB. You can also let me 
know if slight adjustments (~30min) to the proposed slots are necessary.
