[Halld-offline] group disk clean up

Dear Colleagues,

I backed up and deleted a few builds on the group disk for hdgeant4 and 
halld_sim. These were mostly used by out-dated recon-compatible version 
sets that are no longer in use.

A full list of the packages can be found below. Please let me know if 
you experience any problems, they can be restored easily. If no problems 
arise, I will continue to back up other out-dated versions.
