[Halld-offline] [EXTERNAL] logbook containing halld_recon reproducibility study

Hello Nathan,

This logbook linked below contains a bunch of work I did directed at
adapting our reconstruction process for running on the OSG. The work we
discussed today related to reproducibility of our analysis is embedded, and
takes up about 50% of the logbook. If you look under "reproducibilty take
2" (January 1, 2021) and following, you can see where I take up this issue.
