[Halld-offline] New version set: version_5.7.1.xml

Dear Colleagues,

We tagged and built a new version set on all platforms at JLab. This 
release includes recent updates to amptools, halld_recon, halld_sim, 
hdgeant4, hd_utilities and gluex_MCWrapper. You may find the xml file here:

https://halldweb.jlab.org/halld_versions/version_5.7.1.xml

This is the version set intended for the software and analysis tutorial 
next week. It will become the JLab default at midnight tonight.
