[Halld-offline] Monitoring Launch 2021-08 ver09: PrimeX batch02

Dear Colleagues,

We just completed a new monitoring launch over the second batch of the 
2021-08 PrimeX data set. As usual, we processed the first 5 files of the 
258 runs in the range 81397 - 81716, selected with the RCDB query 
"@is_primex_production and status==1". The monitoring plots can be found 
on the web pages:

The REST files, random trigger skims and several trees are saved on cache:
