[Halld-offline] No Software and Simulation Meeting on Monday October 24th

Dear Colleagues,

I don't know of any pressing issues which require a Hall D Software and 
Simulation meeting next Monday, October 24th. If there are no 
objections, we will cancel the meeting and reconvene 2 weeks later.

On the other hand, it will be time for new software releases soon. 
Please submit your pull requests and make sure any changes or updates 
are merged before Thursday next week, October 27th.
