[Halld-offline] found problem with ubuntu 20.04 stand alone software installation

The stand alone software installation on an ubuntu 20.04 system fails in 
diracxx
to mitigate go to the directory gluex_top/diracxx/DiracXX/src
and edit CMakelist.txt

change the line
find_package( Boost 1.53 REQUIRED ..........)
with
find_package( Boost 1.53)
