[Halld-offline] work disk spring cleaning

Dear Colleagues,

Our group has a strict 400TB quota on the work disk and halld users 
currently fill close to 90% of it. Could you please check if you can 
delete some of your files or move them to cache (=tape) if you want to 
keep them safe? Please remember, /work is not backed up! Do not keep 
anything on /work which you cannot restore from another, non-/work 
location (e.g. GitHub, /group, /home or /mss) or regenerate 
automatically. More info about the file system can be found here:
