[Halld-offline] group disk clean up

Dear Colleagues,

To make some space on the group disk (and the mirror on oasis), I backed 
up and deleted many builds for halld_recon that are no longer in use.

A full list of the packages can be found below. Please let me know if 
you experience any problems, they can be restored easily.

I may examine the halld_sim and hdgeant4 versions in the next weeks.
