[Halld-offline] Monitoring Launch 2022-08 ver10: PrimeX

Dear Colleagues,

We just completed a new monitoring launch for the 2022-08 PrimeX data 
set. We reconstructed 5 files for 1120 runs with the RCDB query 
"@is_primex_production and status!=0".

This launch was mainly done to check the first pass of the FCAL 
calibration and used the following options:

DEFTAG:DFCALCluster=Island
FCAL:LOAD_NONLIN_CCDB 1
FCAL:USE_RING_E_CORRECTION 1
