[Halld-offline] Update of bggen called bggen_upd

Hi all,

A new update of the bggen package is called bggen_upd. The github master has been updated today. Some of the differences to the old bggen and bggen_jpsi are:

  1.  There is a new directory "doc" with a relatively long html writeup
  2.  PYTHIA: new commands added allowing to select events with particular final states
  3.  Binary reactions - a major upgrade: simulating binary reactions with the final states like  J/psi p, Chi0 p, D0 Lc+, or any binary final state. The decays of the products are also simulated. Of course, decays of long-living particles should be left to GEANT.

"bggen_upd" supersedes "bggen" and "bggen_jpsi". It is the package I am going to test and maintain.
