[Halld-offline] halld sw stack on gluons

Dear Colleagues,

Upon Sergey's request, I built the complete software stack on the gluon 
machines (e.g. gluon117). I used the current default version set 5.12.0. 
The top level directory is

/gluex/software/gluex_top

If you are interested to use it, just set up you environment with these 
two commands:

source /gluex/software/gluex_top/gluex_env_boot.csh
gxenv

We also provide an alternative environment with the latest master for 
halld_recon and halld_sim, including the recently updated bggen_upd. To 
load it simply replace the last line with this:

gxenv /gluex/software/gluex_top/halld_versions/version_local.xml

In order to build the software, I had to temporarily disable the default 
online environment (/gluex/etc/hdonline.csh) for the hdsys account. 
Everything should be restored now.
